A 65-year-old female admitted with a history of acute onset of retrosternal chest pain radiating to the left arm associated with profuse sweating for the last 3 h. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiography were done wwwwww[Figure 1],[Figure 2],[Figure 3],[Figure 4].
